Settlement Sheet Template

A blank settlement sheet to copy your own numbers onto — earnings, deductions, advances, and the one calculation that has to prove out.

Why it matters

Settlements arrive in the carrier’s layout, which is fine until you want to compare this week against last week, or against the rate confirmation. Copying them onto the same sheet every week is what makes weeks comparable — and it is the only way to notice that a deduction you have never questioned has been there for nine months.
